Hello! We are Martin and Juliet – the stewards of Linc Farm. We both of us have Masters degrees specializing in animal welfare, and a passion for improving the living conditions for farm animals, so what better way than to lead by example? Our goal at Linc Farm is to connect Niagara to its food. We have teamed up with Victor’s Farm Shares to make your CSA farm a one-stop-shop to feed your family. At Linc Farm and Victor’s Farm we share the same values of locally, sustainably, and ethically produced food. We look forward to meeting you! We raise Grass-Fed Lamb on our certified organic pastures. That means that our lamb is grain-free, GMO-free, and drug- and hormone-free. Our sheep are raised with minimal interventions (no early weaning, no tail docking, no castration). We raise Free-Range BerkRoc pork in our forest on a diet of foraged nuts, pasture, soy and corn-free non-GMO grain, and fresh whey. Our pigs are humanely raised without tail-docking, and are GMO, drug, and hormone-free.

Here is how it works…

  1. Contact us via phone or email to place your order ASAP.
  2. We’ll send you a form for you to fill in specifying your butchering preferences.
  3. Send back your completed form.
  4. Make your deposit.
  5. Pick up your order at Victor’s and pay the balance.

All orders come custom-butchered, cut and wrapped (vac-pac available)
